7Fabs Privacy Policy
1. Scope and contact
This policy explains how 7Fabs collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through 7fabs.com, the customer portal, quote and file intake, payments, phone, email, and text communications, pickup, and shipping.
The business responsible for this policy is Patrick Saville, an individual doing business as 7Fabs, located at 564 Cooper Commerce Drive, Suite 510, Apopka, Florida 32703. Privacy requests may be emailed to [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject or made by calling 407-252-4383.
2. Information collected
Depending on the interaction, 7Fabs may collect:
- identity and contact details, including name, company, email, and phone number;
- account, authentication, session, and account-security records;
- quote, project, revision, approval, scheduling, and delivery information;
- CAD, drawings, photos, scans, certificates, metadata, and related files;
- quotes, invoices, amounts, tax information, payment-provider identifiers, refunds, and delivery evidence, but not full card numbers stored by 7Fabs;
- email, portal, phone, voicemail, call metadata, text-message content, and opt-in, HELP, STOP, and consent records;
- IP address, browser and device signals, security logs, referrer or campaign information, and Cloudflare performance and security information; and
- optional permission for portfolio media, attribution, or testimonials.
7Fabs does not intentionally request Social Security numbers, full payment-card data, protected health information, CUI, ITAR or export-controlled technical data, or classified information through public intake.
3. Sources
Information comes from customers and their authorized contacts; website, portal, payment, email, phone, text, and shipping systems; service providers acting for 7Fabs; and lawful public or business sources used to verify a company, address, tax status, or project risk.
4. Uses
7Fabs uses information to:
- respond to inquiries and determine whether a project can be accepted;
- prepare quotes, designs, parts, and deliverables;
- manage revisions, approvals, schedules, payments, tax, pickup, and shipping;
- provide customer care and requested project updates;
- coordinate urgent or time-sensitive replacement-part and production needs;
- prevent fraud, malware, unauthorized access, abuse, and payment disputes;
- maintain business, accounting, tax, safety, delivery, consent, and audit records;
- comply with law and enforce project agreements; and
- send marketing or publish project media only when a separate appropriate permission or lawful opt-out basis exists.
7Fabs may use deterministic automation and bounded AI-assisted tools to route requests, inspect or convert files, summarize records, search internal business information, and draft staff work. A person reviews customer quotes and material project decisions. 7Fabs does not use customer files to train a public or general AI model.
5. Disclosures and service providers
7Fabs does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed only as needed to providers that support the requested service, such as Frappe or ERPNext hosting, Google Workspace and private Google Drive storage, Stripe, Cloudflare, communications providers such as Twilio, shipping providers, approved business AI processors, accountants, insurers, professional advisers, contractors under appropriate duties, and government or financial institutions when reasonably required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or a dispute.
6. SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
When a customer initiates a text to (321) 321-9220 or expressly asks 7Fabs to reply by text, 7Fabs may use the mobile number and message content for low-volume, one-to-one customer care. Messages may address an inquiry, urgent replacement-part coordination, project requirements, or a customer-requested job update. This SMS program is not used for marketing or cold outreach.
7Fabs may share mobile information with communications service providers only as needed to transmit, secure, support, or comply with the messaging service, and may disclose it when required by law. Those providers are not authorized to use mobile information for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. You may also call (321) 321-9220 or email [email protected]. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
7. Cookies, analytics, and cross-site activity
The current public site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare describes as cookie-free. The portal and security services may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage for authentication, CSRF protection, fraud prevention, and user-requested features. 7Fabs does not currently use the public site for cross-site behavioral advertising.
8. Retention
Records are kept only as reasonably needed for an active inquiry or project, customer care, legal duties, fraud and security prevention, tax and accounting, disputes, or enforcement. Ordinary targets are up to two years for quote inquiries not converted to a project, up to three years for completed-project working files and closed accounts, up to twelve months for ordinary technical logs, seven years for financial and transaction evidence, and up to ninety days for deletion to cycle through backups. SMS consent and opt-out evidence may be retained as needed to honor the customer’s choice.
9. Choices and requests
Subject to identity verification and legal exceptions, a customer may ask 7Fabs to provide a copy of, correct, or delete personal information or close an account. Deletion may be limited for active work, payment or tax records, security logs, legal claims, acceptance evidence, backups, or another lawful obligation. Marketing email may be stopped through its unsubscribe link. Text messages may be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
10. Security and incidents
7Fabs uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access limits, server-side secrets, private file storage, encrypted transport, audit records, validation, and provider controls. No system is perfectly secure. If a legally reportable breach occurs, 7Fabs will provide notices required by applicable law.
11. Children
The services are directed to adults and businesses. A person under 18 may not create an account, accept a quote, or upload files. 7Fabs does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13.
12. United States processing and changes
7Fabs operates in the United States, and information is processed there. A material policy change will receive a new version and effective date and will be posted on this page.
