7Fabs Analytics & Ads Disclosure
Effective date: 2026-09-20 Version: 1.1.0
1. Limited optional measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand consented visits and enquiries on public marketing pages. Ad measurement is a separate choice used to understand ad clicks and enquiries when Google Ads is configured. We keep Analytics separate from Ads: the Analytics property is not linked to an Ads account. We do not request personalized advertising. Google's Signals control alone does not control all Ads data use, so we also deny personalization in Consent Mode.
2. Information and purposes
Only allowlisted public-page paths and events are eligible: page views, phone/email link clicks, successful enquiry submission and successful upload. Google receives these limited events, cookie identifiers, IP addresses and browser/device information for the purpose you allow. We strip URL queries and fragments and do not send customer names, contact details, form contents, filenames, CAD, private URLs, quote/payment tokens or customer IDs.
For the first page view of a consented visit we also pass the domain of the site that referred you, but only when it is on our short list of search engines, AI assistants and social networks (for example google.com, bing.com, chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, facebook.com). We never pass the page, search terms or query you came from, and any other referring site is sent as none. This lets us learn which search and answer services send enquiries.
First-party campaign codes attach to an accepted enquiry in our operations system only with an optional purpose allowed. Click IDs require ad measurement consent. Genuine business events for enquiries, uploads, quote approvals and deposits remain in our operations system even when optional measurement is off. They are used for delivery and internal reporting. We report unattributed business activity as well as attributed activity. A form attempt or payment failure is not a successful conversion.
3. Excluded features
We do not use advanced Consent Mode refused pings, session replay, enhanced conversions, Customer Match, User-ID, remarketing or personalized ad audiences. Measurement settings do not authorize customer messages, a charge, or ad spend. No Analytics-to-Ads link is enabled in this release.
4. Choice, retention and contact
Both optional purposes start off. Use Privacy choices at any time to decline, select purposes or withdraw. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; it does not undo previously transmitted data or erase operational records. Preferences last 180 days, browser attribution up to 30 days and raw Lead click IDs are subject to daily removal after 89 days. Analytics raw user/event retention is two months without renewal for new activity. Aggregated provider reports may last longer. Infrastructure logs and backups are separate from application retention. Contact [email protected] for access, correction or deletion requests.
