7Fabs Cookie & Tracking Notice

1. What this notice covers

This notice explains how the 7Fabs website and customer portal use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies. It supplements the Privacy Policy and the Analytics/Ads Tracking Disclosure.

2. Categories of cookies/technologies used

Strictly necessary: session cookies required for the customer portal to

function (authenticated/magic-link session state, CSRF protection, cart or in-progress-quote state). These cannot be disabled without breaking the portal.

Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) or successor, used to understand

website traffic and conversion events (form submits, file uploads, phone clicks, email clicks, quote approvals, deposit payments).

Advertising: Google Ads / Google tag conversion tracking and similar

pixels, used to measure ad performance and, where enabled, to build remarketing audiences. UTM parameters and Google Click ID (GCLID) may be captured and stored against a lead record.

Payments: Stripe may set cookies/fingerprinting scripts required for

fraud prevention during checkout; these are controlled by Stripe under its own terms.

4. How to control cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the customer portal from functioning (e.g., you may not be able to stay logged in or complete an upload). Where a consent banner is implemented, you may change your preferences at any time via the link in the site footer. You may also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and opt out of interest-based Google advertising via Google Ads Settings.

5. Third parties

Cookie/tracking data may be shared with or set by: Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Stripe (payment/fraud prevention), and our website hosting provider. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

6. Retention

Cookie and analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention settings unless a shorter period is configured by 7Fabs. Details pending professional review.

7. Changes

Material changes will be reflected by a new controlled version per legal/README.md.
