7Fabs Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
7Fabs wants customers with disabilities to be able to learn about services, request a quote, provide project information, review terms, and use the customer portal. Our engineering target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a continuing target, not a claim that every page or third-party component is presently free of every accessibility barrier.
Measures we take
7Fabs uses semantic headings and labels, descriptive image text, keyboard navigation, visible focus, status announcements, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, automated checks, and manual review. We include accessibility in new-feature review and work to correct reported barriers in priority order, especially quote, file, account, approval, and payment workflows.
Alternative access and feedback
If a disability makes an online feature difficult to use, contact 7Fabs and identify the page or task, the barrier encountered, and a preferred contact method. A reasonable alternative method can be arranged while the issue is reviewed. Accessibility feedback does not affect eligibility, pricing, or project service.
Third-party services
Some features use third-party services such as security checks, payment pages, or hosted business systems. 7Fabs will work to provide an alternative when a third-party feature creates a barrier and will report the issue to the provider when appropriate.
Interim review copy — not effective. This page is informational and cannot authorize a quote, payment, file, publication, or customer send.
