7Fabs Website, Portal, and SMS Terms

1. Scope and contracting business

These Terms govern the 7Fabs website, customer portal, quote-request forms, account features, file-upload tools, and customer-care text messages. In these Terms, 7Fabs means Patrick Saville, an individual doing business as 7Fabs. The business operates from 564 Cooper Commerce Drive, Suite 510, Apopka, Florida 32703. Browsing public pages does not by itself create a fabrication contract. A project contract is formed only when a written 7Fabs quote is affirmatively accepted and any required deposit is paid. The accepted quote and the controlled policies it identifies form the project agreement.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit files, or enter a project agreement. If you act for a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to act for that customer. Do not use another person’s identity, email address, phone number, payment method, files, or account without permission.

3. Accounts and electronic transactions

You are responsible for protecting your password, magic link, and authenticated session and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use. You agree that 7Fabs may conduct quote, approval, invoice, and project communications electronically. An action such as checking an acceptance box and selecting an approval button is intended as your electronic signature. You may download or print the terms presented to you and may request a paper copy from 7Fabs.

4. Permitted use

You may use the online services only for legitimate business and project purposes. You may not:

• upload material you do not own or have authority to provide;
• submit malware, credentials, payment-card data, protected health information, CUI, ITAR or export-controlled technical data, or unlawfully obtained data;
• request an illegal item or conceal a medical, safety-critical, weapons, export, certification, or other regulated use;
• probe, scrape, overload, bypass security, or interfere with the online services; or
• misrepresent specifications, authority, intended use, or project risk.

7Fabs may reject, quarantine, or stop reviewing a request that presents a legal, security, safety, sanctions, export, intellectual-property, or capability risk. No regulated project is accepted unless 7Fabs confirms acceptance in writing.

5. Project and file terms

A quote request or project may also be governed by additional terms presented with the quote, file upload, payment, pickup, shipping, tolerance, intellectual-property, or project acceptance workflow. If an accepted quote expressly conflicts with a general policy, the quote controls for that project to the extent of the conflict.

6. Customer-care SMS terms

Messages may include a response to your inquiry, urgent or time-sensitive replacement-part coordination, clarification of project requirements, and project or job updates you requested. 7Fabs does not use this program for marketing, promotions, purchased lists, or cold outreach.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also call (321) 321-9220 or email [email protected]. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

After you send STOP, 7Fabs may send one final message confirming the opt-out. No further customer-care texts will be sent unless you initiate a new text conversation or otherwise opt in again. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your information is handled under the 7Fabs Privacy Policy.

7. Other communications

Providing an email address or phone number authorizes ordinary person-to-person communications needed to respond to a request and administer a project. It does not provide consent for automated marketing texts. Marketing email or text messages require a separate opt-in where applicable and may be stopped using the unsubscribe or STOP instructions provided with the message.

8. Website content and availability

The website describes general capabilities, not a promise that a particular material, process, tolerance, schedule, certification, or result is available. 7Fabs may correct content, suspend features, perform maintenance, or discontinue an online service. The website and portal may occasionally be unavailable.

9. Website disclaimer

THE ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 7FABS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE WEBSITE OR PORTAL, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS SECTION DOES NOT ALTER AN EXPRESS COMMITMENT IN AN ACCEPTED QUOTE OR A RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE WAIVED.

10. Liability for online services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7Fabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising only from use or unavailability of the online services. For a claim arising only from the online services and not from paid project work, 7Fabs’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid to use the online services during the six months before the event. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law and disputes

Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first try in good faith for 30 days to resolve a dispute through direct written communication. A claim that is not resolved may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida, except where applicable law gives a consumer a non-waivable right to proceed elsewhere.

12. Changes, accessibility, and contact

7Fabs may update these Terms prospectively. This page will show the version and effective date. Material changes apply to future use and future project acceptances, not retroactively to an already accepted quote unless both parties agree in writing.
