7Fabs SMS Terms

Program scope

These terms apply only to the optional 7Fabs operational SMS program. If you affirmatively opt in, 7Fabs may send recurring operational messages about your quote request, project questions or approvals, appointments, pickup or shipping updates, and account or service support. Opt-in does not authorize unrelated marketing or promotional messages, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Enrollment and consent

Enrollment requires an affirmative, unchecked selection associated with the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that you control or are authorized to use that number and agree to receive the messages described above. This SMS consent applies only to 7Fabs and the disclosed operational message categories.

Frequency and carrier charges

Message frequency varies with your quote, project, appointment, shipping, or support activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out. After STOP, 7Fabs may send one confirmation that the opt-out was processed. Reply HELP for help, call (321) 321-9220, or email [email protected]. You may continue communicating with 7Fabs by phone, email, or the customer portal after opting out of SMS.

Privacy

The 7Fabs SMS Privacy Notice explains how mobile information and messaging consent are handled. 7Fabs does not sell mobile information or share mobile phone numbers or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Program availability

Customer SMS remains unavailable until carrier approval and product approval controls are active. These effective SMS Terms do not claim carrier approval, enable messaging, or make the broader 7Fabs Terms of Use effective.
