7Fabs SMS Privacy Notice

Scope

This notice applies only to the optional 7Fabs operational SMS program. It explains how 7Fabs handles a mobile phone number, messaging consent, and SMS activity when a customer chooses to receive texts about a quote, project, appointment, pickup or shipping update, or service-support request. It does not make any broader 7Fabs privacy policy effective.

Information collected

For this program, 7Fabs may collect the mobile phone number you provide; the date, time, source, and wording of your opt-in; your consent and opt-out status; messages you exchange with 7Fabs; and delivery, error, HELP, and STOP events supplied by the messaging service provider.

How the information is used

7Fabs uses this mobile information to send and administer the recurring operational messages you requested, answer support questions, honor STOP and HELP requests, troubleshoot delivery, prevent misuse, and keep consent and compliance records. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from contacting 7Fabs by phone, email, or the customer portal.

No sale or marketing transfer

We do not sell mobile information. We do not share or transfer mobile phone numbers or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Limited service providers and required disclosures

7Fabs may give mobile information to service providers only as needed to operate and support the SMS program, such as transmitting messages, recording consent, preventing abuse, or providing technical support. Those providers may not use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing. 7Fabs may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the messaging service. These limited disclosures do not permit marketing or promotional use.

Retention and protection

7Fabs keeps SMS consent, opt-out, message, and delivery records only as long as reasonably needed to administer the program, document compliance, resolve support issues, or meet applicable legal obligations. 7Fabs uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Your choices

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. After STOP, 7Fabs may send one confirmation that the opt-out was processed. Reply HELP for help, call (321) 321-9220, or email [email protected].

Program availability

Customer SMS remains unavailable until carrier approval and product approval controls are active. This effective notice does not claim carrier approval or enable customer messaging.
