Electronics support

Electronics prototyping for Orlando and Central Florida.

Our Apopka team serves Orlando and Central Florida with electronics integration for prototypes and assemblies. We plan the boards, wiring, sensors, controls, and enclosure together so the mechanical and electrical requirements are clear.

Our Apopka shop handles one-off and low-volume projects. We confirm the process, materials, and timing when reviewing your quote.

When electronics are included

  • Housing fit and mounting strategy
  • Connector selection and labeling
  • Cable and harness routing feasibility
  • Sensor or board protection for assembly
  • Test points and serviceability notes
  • Clear review points before production

What to include in your enquiry

  • What the assembly needs to do
  • Existing board files, schematics, or reference photos
  • Power supply, connector, and enclosure requirements
  • Expected operating environment and use
  • Prototype quantity and target date
  • Any testing or certification requirements to discuss

Wiring, controls, and enclosure integration

Bring the board or module information alongside the enclosure design. Mounting points, connector access, cable routing, service access, and protection all influence the mechanical layout. Include any existing schematics, component dimensions, reference photos, or samples.

We support wiring and integration of sensors, lighting, and controls within the agreed prototype scope. A printed enclosure, sheet metal housing, or plastic component can be reviewed alongside the electronics.

Prototype assembly and PCB production

Prototype integration and general assembly are available in Apopka. PCB fabrication and assembly (PCBA) are coordinated through production partners. The quote identifies those operations and the information needed for the handoff.

Describe what the assembly must do, its power and connection requirements, expected environment, quantity, and target date. Identify any testing or certification requirements at the start so they can be reviewed and scoped.

Design support can resolve mechanical interfaces before the first build. When the prototype is ready for repeat orders, we can plan assembly, packaging, and production review around the agreed revision.
