Metal fabrication

Metal fabrication for Orlando and Central Florida.

Bring us a metal part, drawing, or project idea. We help plan the cutting, machining, forming, welding, and finishing steps for one-off parts and short batches.

Our Apopka shop handles one-off and low-volume projects. We confirm the process, materials, and timing when reviewing your quote.

From brackets to replacement parts

Metal fabrication can combine several processes in one component or assembly. We review how the part will fit, what it must withstand, and which dimensions matter before choosing the sequence.

  • Cut profiles: laser-cut sheet and plate parts, with holes and edges defined by your drawing.
  • Formed components: bent sheet and plate projects, including brackets and enclosures.
  • Machined parts: components with critical fits, mating surfaces, or other dimensions that need machining.
  • Fixtures and replacement parts: one-off builds or small batches based on an existing design, sample, or new requirement.

Sheet metal forming and welding

We form sheet metal and support MIG, TIG, and laser welding in steel, stainless, and aluminum. Include bend geometry, joint requirements, and assembly references with the first request so we can plan the work around the finished part.

We review the specified material, thickness, critical tolerances, and finish together. Tell us about certification, inspection, heat treatment, or packaging requirements so we can check them before agreeing to the scope.

For coating and marking options, see finishing and engraving. We review the finish with the part so mating surfaces and assembly fit get the attention they need.

CNC machining

Our Apopka shop runs 3-axis milling and lathe work for custom parts, fixtures, and replacement components. Share the model and drawing, material grade, quantity, critical fits, and surface requirements so we can review access and machining steps.

Projects needing 4- or 5-axis machining or multi-axis turning can be coordinated through production partners within the quoted scope.

Laser cutting for sheet, plate, pipe, and tube

Fiber laser cutting supports metal profiles for fabricated parts and assemblies. Specify the material and thickness or tube dimensions, along with holes, cutouts, and any forming or welding that follows.

Include a DXF for flat profiles when available, plus a STEP model or drawing to explain the finished part. If you need plastic cutting, see plastic laser cutting.

What helps us quote your metal part

Send the latest model or drawing and describe the part's job. A photo, sketch, or sample is also a useful starting point when replacement-part documentation is incomplete.

  • Material grade and stock thickness, if known.
  • Quantity and whether this is a prototype or repeat order.
  • Critical dimensions, tolerances, and mating components.
  • Weld, finish, inspection, and delivery requirements.

A STEP model can describe the formed or machined part, a DXF can describe a flat cutting profile, and a PDF drawing can communicate dimensions and notes. See our file guidance before uploading.

Confirm the first part before a repeat run

For a new design, a prototype can help you check fit and assembly before ordering more. We review any changes against the latest drawing or model and confirm the scope for the next quantity.

Our Apopka team coordinates the project from quote review through the agreed delivery. Feasibility, pricing, and timing are confirmed before you approve the work. For repeat parts and assemblies, see short-run manufacturing.
