Powder coating and surface preparation

Powder coating, sandblasting, polishing, and grinding are available in our Apopka shop. Tell us the part's material, current surface condition, desired appearance, quantity, and how it will be used.

Mark the surfaces, holes, threads, and mating areas that need special attention. Surface preparation and coating need to be planned with the underlying part, especially where dimensions or assembly fit matter.

Anodizing and plating are completed through production partners. We identify that routing and review the requested finish requirements in the quote. See our manufacturing capabilities.

Laser engraving and part marking

For text, artwork, instructions, or lot marks, provide the content, desired size, location, base material, and finished appearance. Include a drawing or reference image showing the placement and any areas that must remain untouched.

We review compatibility with the part and any planned coating before confirming the marking process. If the part is still being designed, include finishing in the fabrication or plastic-part request.

Parts you bring us can also be reviewed for finishing. Tell us whether the finish must match a previous batch, and include the desired date so preparation, finishing, and delivery can be scoped together.
