Plastic fabrication
Plastic fabrication for Orlando and Central Florida.
Our Apopka shop serves Orlando and Central Florida with cut, formed, and cast plastic parts. We review the geometry, material, finish, and quantity to choose a practical path for prototypes and low-volume builds.
Our Apopka shop handles one-off and low-volume projects. We confirm the process, materials, and timing when reviewing your quote.

Plastic laser cutting and vacuum forming
CO2 laser cutting can suit acrylic and compatible sheet-plastic profiles for displays, panels, and other components. Provide the material identity, thickness, dimensions, and edge or appearance requirements. We do not laser-cut PVC or other chlorinated plastics.
Low-volume vacuum forming can suit shells and enclosures. We review the shape, wall requirements, trimming, tooling, and fit before quoting. A drawing and intended use help identify which surfaces and dimensions matter.
Silicone molding, casting, and production planning
Silicone molding and casting are available at low volume in Apopka. Share the master or model if you have one, required material behavior, finish, color, first quantity, and likely repeat demand.
Injection molding is completed through production partners. Tooling and production requirements are reviewed separately and identified in the quote; a low-volume cast part does not automatically establish the final production process.
If tooling is not yet appropriate, 3D printing may help with a first shape or fit review. Design support and short-run planning can connect that prototype to the next quantity. See our capability guide for more ways to make your part.
