3D printing

3D printing for Orlando and Central Florida.

From concept models to functional parts and short runs, our Apopka shop supports Orlando and Central Florida projects with FDM, SLA, and SLS printing. We review the part's use, finish, and material needs before recommending a process.

We review the model, material, quantity, and finish together before confirming the build.

Process support

  • FDM for economical mechanical prototypes
  • SLA for fine detail and visual surface finish
  • SLS for durable functional nylon pieces
  • Material recommendations for fit and strength
  • Orientation and support guidance
  • Post-processing scope planning

Typical outcome

  • Clear geometry review and known tradeoffs
  • Lead-time estimate after scope review
  • Design fixes before larger runs
  • One reviewed file package per step
  • Documented assumptions in your quote
  • Options for repeat orders and growing quantities

Choosing FDM, SLA, or SLS

FDM is an option for mechanical prototypes, jigs, and fixtures. Tell us which direction the part is loaded and where it must fit, because orientation and material affect the result.

SLA can suit detailed visual models and parts where surface appearance matters. Include the expected handling and operating conditions so resin selection fits the job.

SLS supports functional nylon parts, including enclosures and components for low-volume builds. The required geometry, finish, and material properties guide the review.

Prepare your print request

Send the latest model, intended use, overall dimensions or units, quantity, critical fits, and desired date. Include a drawing when dimensions or finish need special attention. Our file guide covers STEP, STL, and supporting drawings.

If you only have an idea or sample, start with CAD support or 3D scanning. A print can also be one step in a wider prototype review.

FDM, SLA, and SLS are available in our Apopka shop. We confirm pricing and timing after reviewing your files. See our complete manufacturing capabilities.
